As we just returned from an unforgettable 3 Days 2 Nights company trip to Bangkok recently from (8–10 August). It is a reward trip specially arranged to appreciate our team’s hard work after completing several big projects within this first 2 quarters of 2025. This was more than just a holiday, it also a chance for all of us to recharge, bond, and create memories that bring us even closer together and moving towards to achieve our ultimate goal.
CEO, Mr. Chong Ming Chuan, is a true leader who always leads by example. He not only sets a clear vision and direction for the business but also takes a hands-on approach in mentoring the team. By sharing his knowledge, guiding us to sharpen our skills, and recognizing our efforts, he inspires us to grow both personally and professionally. He firmly believes that when employees grow, the company thrives and his leadership embodies that philosophy every day.
This trip reflects his commitment to recognizing and rewarding the dedication of our team, while also ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to pause, rest, and come back stronger.
The moment we touched down in Bangkok, the excitement was already in the air. Warm greetings at the airport set the tone for what would be a memorable journey ahead. Our very first stop was the bustling Big C Supermarket, where laughter echoed through the aisles as colleagues filled their baskets with Thai snacks and quirky souvenirs to bring home. By evening, we found ourselves wandering through the lively Jodd Fairs Night Market, sampling sizzling street food, browsing local fashion, and soaking in the vibrant night vibes together.
The second day was nothing short of magical. We began the morning at Safari World & Marine Park, where the playful charm of exotic animals and entertaining live shows reminded us to embrace curiosity and joy, just as we do in our work. From there, our team dived into a day of shopping adventures, exploring the themed wonder of Terminal 21 Rama 3 and later the iconic ICONSIAM Riverside Mall, where modern luxury meets authentic local treasures. As the sun dipped below the horizon, we boarded the Chao Phraya Dinner Cruise. Surrounded by glittering city lights and the gentle rhythm of the river, we shared stories, laughter, and heartfelt conversations, creating memories that will stay with us for a long time, we did capture the beautiful & warm moments during our dinner.
All too soon, our third day arrived. Though short, but these three days felt incredibly meaningful with experience that not only recharged our energy but also deepened our bonds as colleagues and friends. Trips like this are not just about leisure but represent something greater, such as our commitment to balance, recognition, and the belief that when our people are well-rested and motivated, they shine even brighter. We came back from Bangkok with renewed energy to face new challenges, stronger connections with one another, and a deeper sense of unity as a team.
