Recently, we had the privilege to collaborate with Suntory Malaysia in organizing a 2-day, 1-night Mobile Sales Solutions Training Workshop on 28–29 April 2025, our aimed at equipping Suntory’s sales team and distributors with DATANORY DMS (Distribution Management Solutions) & SFA (Salesforce Automation Solutions), it is a cutting-edge digital solution designed to optimize FMCG & Distribution sales processes and performance.

This workshop was led by Mr. Jim, Head of General Trade (GT) for East Malaysia & Brunei, who shared the detailed, practical guidance on every module and process within the DATANORY SFA ecosystem. Mr. Jim’s commitment to ensuring every participant understood the full capabilities of SFA was truly inspiring. The comprehensive & hands-on training sessions conducted by Mr. Jim that allowed the sales team to confidently master digital tools to enhance their sales activities, improve planning, and drive better demand forecasting, boosting sales, & inventory control which ultimately reducing wastage.
As Suntory’s trusted digital partner, MC Crenergy’s CEO, Mr. Ming Chuan (MC), alongside the MCC team, provided full on-ground support throughout the intensive training. We worked closely with Suntory’s salespersons, sales administrators, and distributors from multiple regions, ensuring that everyone gained practical experience with the DATANORY SFA system. Our team was actively involved on the training floor, assisting participants during hands-on testing to ensure a smooth learning journey.
This workshop not only strengthened the collaboration and understanding between Suntory and MC Crenergy but also deepened our insight into Suntory’s operational needs and challenges. This valuable exchange of knowledge enables us to continually enhance and tailor our solutions to better support Suntory’s business goals. Beyond the technical aspects, Mr. Jim emphasized the transformational value of switching to a fully digital sales process. By leveraging DATANORY SFA, Suntory’s sales team can now:

Thanks to the collaborative efforts between Suntory and MC Crenergy, the workshop was a resounding success. Suntory’s sales force left the training better equipped, more confident, and ready to drive stronger results with DATANORY SFA & DMS.
