Recently, MC Crenergy team undertook an initiative that went beyond standard workplace cleanliness. With the teamwork of every departments, we optimise the effectiveness of this exercise within 3 hours, each department was assigned with specific tasks: the support team handled hardware disposal, the marketing team and other departments took charge of office cleaning, and the product team was responsible for electrical safety checks and desk organization and even our management team is helping on the floor. This collaborative effort allowed us to make significant progress in creating a more organized and safety working environment. This is how we build and improve our quality bonding, quality workplace and quality performance to our clients, while this exercise also demonstrating our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) values.
An organized workstation is essential for boosting productivity and fostering creativity. The recent cleanup allowed us to clear out our office by removing outdated hardware and unused items that were taking up valuable space, resulting in a more comfortable, hygiene and pleasing work environment. This reorganization not only improved the physical appearance of our workplace but also reduced our company’s environmental impact. Our support team played a crucial role in ensuring that recyclables were properly sorted and sent to the appropriate facilities. They connected us with Persatuan Kebajikan Rumah Jagaan VCFU, a waste disposal company that not only recycles materials but also supports those in need, including orphanages and nursing homes for the elderly. This partnership enabled us to make a positive contribution to both society and environmental sustainability.
The cleanup was a collaborative effort, with employees from various departments coming together to achieve a common goal. This collective action demonstrated the strength of our teamwork, which is a key driver of our company’s success. Working side by side, our team members reinforced their bonds and shared responsibility, highlighting the importance of collaboration in achieving our objectives. This initiative served as a reminder of the strong community within MC Crenergy.
