1. Participants must complete 2 Steps (Step 1 & Step 2) to be eligible for this campaign.
2. Only one comment will be eligible from one account.
3. Selected lucky winners will be contacted in 1st / 2nd weeks of Sept 2025.
4. All transactions for prize redemptions will be processed through Touch ‘n Go App.
5. All participants must be a registered user of the Touch ‘n Go App.
6. Winners must provide their Touch ‘n Go QR code/Number and Name as per IC to redeem their prize.
7. All Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
8. Prizes will be forfeited if winners do not respond and redeem their prize within a week OR after 20th of Sept 2025, if we contacted the winner through any social media/ messenger.
9. MC Crenergy will not be held liable or obligated to offer replacements, discounts, e-wallet credits, cash, or any other compensation for improper use or failure to redeem Touch ‘n Go E-Wallet credits, or for any technical issues preventing the redemption of prizes through the Touch ‘n Go App after 20th of Sept 2025.
10. MC Crenergy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, or to replace the prize, at any time without prior notice.
11. MC Crenergy decision is final should there be any dispute in relation to this campaign mechanism.
