• Answers with the same person tagged multiple times will be considered one entry.
• Winners will be contacted through Facebook and Instagram on 31st Dec.
• Prize redemption will be processed through Touch ‘n Go E-Wallet.
• Participants must have a registered Touch ‘n Go account.
• Winners must provide Name (as per IC) & TNG details (account number or phone number) to redeem the prize.
• MC Crenergy will not be held liable or obligated to offer replacements
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for other items or cash.
• We will transfer the prize to the winner only.
• Winners must claim their prize before 9th January 2026. Those who do not redeem by this date. Prizes will be forfeited if winners do not respond and redeem their prize within 48 hours/after 9th January 2026 of contact.
• MC Crenergy will not be held liable or obligated to offer replacements, discounts, e-wallet credits, cash, or any other compensation for improper use or failure to redeem Touch ‘n Go E-Wallet credits, or for any technical issues preventing the redemption of prizes through the Touch ‘n Go App. 
• MC Crenergy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, or to replace the prize, at any time without prior notice.
